Ethiopia and Kenya on track to reach MDGs
First Lady Azeb Mesfin, chairperson of Fre Addis Ethiopia Women’s Association (FAEWA), said Ethiopia will achieve the Millenium Development Goals (MGDs) in the girls’ education sector (more here). Former Afghan child refugee becomes hero to hundreds of orphans
Andeisha Farid, 28, founded the Afghan Child Education and Care Organization in Kabul in 2008 to create orphanages that were safe environments, places to learn and paths to the future.
